The Rho Nu Educational and Community Foundation (PNECF) is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization established in 2013 to empower the residents of Galveston County through education, service, and leadership development. Founded with the vision of creating lasting change, PNECF works tirelessly to uplift individuals and strengthen the community we proudly serve.
Our Misson
At PNECF, our mission is to provide educational opportunities, promote health and wellness, and support community development for the residents of Galveston County. We aim to inspire personal growth, cultivate leadership, and promote lifelong learning while addressing the unique needs of our local community.
What We Do
Since 2013, PNECF has focused on initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impacts for Galveston County residents. Our key areas of focus include:
